Junior Change Analyst to supports the Change Manager and Training team as needed on all change and training activities.
Maintains Stakeholder list
Develop Change Agent Network and ways of working within the network
From time to time supports the Business Analysts (particularly during detail design workshops)
Elicit content from user stories and work with the training team to further develop into training content
In conjunction with the project team, develop regular project showcases
Maintain the Project Communications Grid Site
Maintain project FAQ
Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Manager
Identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Change Manager on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans.
