About The Opportunity
As an MSP Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will have the chance to:

• Lead or assist in designing, implementing, and supporting Infrastructure and Cloud solutions
• Proactively monitor and respond to alerts from infrastructure monitoring tools
• Handle and resolve support incidents through various channels
• Participate in after-hours support and patching activities
• Attend relevant training and networking events

About You
The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage projects from problem discovery through to completion

You will also have:

• Available to participate in on-call and after-hours support rosters
• Can work autonomously including extended periods from home
• Must have access to transport within the Sydney metropolitan region
