Skills and experience:
The most important quality you will have is a genuine love of working with children and a demonstrated ability to flexibly work with other team members to provide high quality outcomes for children. Those with a certificate 3 or diploma in early childhood education or care are encouraged to apply.

The suitable applicant would have:
- Knowledge of working with children of all ages
- A clear understanding of EYLF
- Knowledge of the national quality standards (NQS)
