Kinder Caring is seeking experienced independent Care Workers for immediate work opportunities in North Melbourne.
As an independent Care Worker, you will have access to the Kinder Caring App which connects you to clients in your local area, and provides you with the flexibility to determine your own charge rates, when you work and who you work with. You will also have access to support from a dedicated support team of Case Managers, Service Coordinators and Clinical Managers.

Requirements for the role:
- 2+ years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support or equivalent OR studying towards a nursing qualification
- Current CPR, First Aid, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, COVID vaccination
- Australian working rights
- Access to a reliable and fully insured vehicle and a smartphone
- Two relevant work references
