Qualifications:
- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction and Maintenance.
- Practical experience in road maintenance.
- Victorian Medium Rigid Drivers Licence (Manual gearbox).
- Traffic Management competency.
- Spotter qualification.
- White Card.
- Competence in small plant, truck-mounted crane, flocon, and vibrating roller.
- First Aid and manual handling training.
- Execute road maintenance activities, specialising in concrete, asphalt, drainage, and signage.
- Ensure works adhere to safety standards, approved programs, and budgets.
- Collaborate with team members and the public for efficient service delivery.
- Operate and maintain plant and equipment safely, reporting any defects.
- Assist in material estimation and ordering.
- Address customer service requests and provide detailed written responses.
- In-depth knowledge of road maintenance principles, traffic control, and relevant industry standards.
- Decision-making skills regarding material quantities and equipment selection.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Physically fit for duties; pre-employment medical check required.
- You must have full working rights
- Available to commence as soon as possible
- Must be willing to under go a police check
