Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop tailored reporting solutions.
- Authoring process maps, requirements, and business specifications in preparation for business case signoff, development, and changes in processes of project initiatives and business improvements in consultation with all key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
Skills required:
- Strong experience in Business analysis, working on medium size projects.
- Prior experience working in a not-for-profit organisation would be beneficial.
- Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products to meet the end user and other stakeholder requirements.
- Proven experience accurately and efficiently undertaking business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, including applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with software developers to develop user stories and prepare UAT plans.
- Demonstrated experience developing and evaluating systematic and consistent requirement specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products as required.
