Multi-State Manager Vic/Tas/Sa

We are looking for an experienced sales and people leader to join our committed team managing a portfolio of 35+ Cue and Veronika Maine concession and stand alone stores across our Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia region. 

You will have a natural ability to motivate, excite and lift you team to success both in sales and team culture. To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, an understanding of numbers and enjoy bringing creative solutions to achieve your results. 

As our Multi-State Manager you will have prior experience:

• Working at a senior management level with large territories spanning across multiple regions
• Getting results in customer focused, sales driven industries
• Deep diving into numbers and a track record of achieving KPI results
• Coaching and training your team to provide premium customer service experiences
• Developing a team based on the joy of styling and the excitement of retail
• Mentoring and working in partnership with a team of Area Managers
