People Business Partner - 12 Month Parental Leave Contract

And through a range of unique creative processes and skills, we work to re-imagine, shape, and design a better future.Just imagine your future with us…As our People Business Partner, you will join our broader people team and support the operations business both in VIC and SA in providing world class employee experiences which is underpinned by our Aurecon DNA in driving a high-performance and inclusive culture. You will support our leaders to engage and retain diverse talent to enable our people to achieve their potential. Your role will include;

• Partner with and coach teams of executives and managers across all regions nationally to improve business capability and performance through the provision of quality advice, as well as the effective and consistent application of People policies and procedures and systems
• Provide guidance and support across several People generalist areas (such as remuneration & benefits, performance & development, performance management, disputes and investigations, on-boarding, and mobility & resourcing) to ensure the consistent application and use of Aurecon policies and procedures and relevant employment legislation
• Liaise with our wider, shared services, recruitment, mobility, talent development and remuneration teams to provide a great client experience to our business
• Support the wider People Team nationally with employee experience strategy implementation and projects

• A Human Resources professional who actively pursues continuous learning and is passionate about improving client experience through the support of People policies and procedures.
• You will also need a relevant HR qualification and strong HR generalist experience.
• Previous experience using Workday is highly advantageous.
