About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Main point of contact for Security for the sites, high volume of phone calls and associated requests
- Management of access control and security systems
- Operation and monitoring of security alarms and access control systems (alarm response, sites access, visitor management)
- CCTV operation and vigilance in viewing (prevention of anti social behaviour and criminal activity)
- Dispatching system used to communicate and coordinate large number of security across multiple sites
Skills & experience
- Desired but not mandatory
- Microsoft Office suite
- CCTV experience (Avigilon)
- Report writing and dispatching (Perspective)
- Alarm monitoring and access control (Gallagher Configuration software)
