We are seeking multiple full-time permanent Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team across multiple outlets.
Bar Supervisor
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Bar Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, leading, and inspiring the Food and Beverage team to ensure a consistent high standard of service. The Bar Supervisor will take a hands-on approach and is someone who is confident in their bartending skills, able to think on their feet and knows their products well.
Food & Beverage Supervisor
We are also seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor who will be accountable for a variety of responsibilities including coordinating the department’s daily activities by leading and inspiring the F&B team. The F&B Supervisor will have a hands-on approach and utilise their organisational skills and knowledge to assist the F&B Manager in the smooth running of our F&B outlets including, banquets, breakfast, restaurant and room service.

To succeed in this position, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Food and Beverage experience
- Sound knowledge of multi outlet operations
- Extensive knowledge in classic drinks, cocktails and wines
- Create drink menus and marketing new beverage specials
- Proven experience in leading and coaching a team to achieve successful outcomes
- Proven experience in training and upskilling team members
- Ability to follow policies and procedures and identify improvements and gaps
- A positive, flexible, team player attitude to build positive relationships
- Ability to handle customer complaints and grievances in a positive, efficient and considerate manner.
