We are looking to fill MULTIPLE POSITIONS to meet increased demand. All with Immediate starts.
1. CNC production worker
- Knowledge and confidence with power tool use essential (testing will be completed)
- Set up and operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and form aluminium sheet metal according to specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand the requirements and dimensions of the final product.
- Select appropriate tools and cutting parameters, adjusting machine settings for optimal cutting speed, feed rate, and machining paths.
- Conduct regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
- Monitor machine output, inspecting finished pieces to ensure they meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC programs and make adjustments to correct errors in the machining process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry safety standards and protocols.
- assist in other areas of the manufacturing division
- Keep accurate records of job times, materials used, and production outcomes for inventory and quality control purposes.
- be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg independently
