We have a range of positions and shift opportunities on offer so be sure to apply even if you're not available the traditional Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 

No previous experience required as on job training will be provided.

We're not asking the world - what we're looking for in our team members is, we think, pretty simple and straight forward…..

Team Member Criteria

• Reliability - many hands make light work! Turn up when you're rostered on and build a solid working relationship with your team members by consistently being there to do your share… there's no I in team! 
• Fit, willing and able - we need you to be reasonably fit to do this work (it is manual labour after all).  A great opportunity for anyone wanting to increase their fitness levels… smash your daily step counts, discover muscles you never knew you had and build your stamina lifting/moving/packing plants - like being paid to workout! 
• Keen to learn - all on job training provided. We'll teach you everything you need to know and then some
• Love of the outdoors - surrounded by living products of all shapes and sizes that change from season to season and the best part of all - being able to work out in the fresh air.  Working within four walls and in fluro lighting everyday pales in comparison

The Roles

• Nursery Team Members - prepping, labelling, ticketing, picking, packing, trimming, spacing, bench moving, grading and order selection 
• Stock Control Assistants - mixed role of office and field work, responsible for assisting the Stock Controllers with quality control, checking for saleable product, stock takes, recounts including data input and other general nursery team member duties (decent math and computer skills required). Initial engagement would be as a Nursery Team Member with a view to cross-training potential candidates. 
• Packing Assistants - mixed role of office and field work, responsible for preparation of packing slips/labels/checklists, packing stock and other general Nursery Team Member duties (great organisation and decent computer skills required). Initial engagement would be as a Nursery Team Member with a view to cross-training potential candidates. 

Our work is all weather - we have a mix of working environments including glasshouses, shaded growing areas, igloos, and fully open storage areas so work goes on come rain or shine (unlike farming/picking/packing, our work doesn't stop just because it rains).

Roles are casual to commence, but there are opportunities for permanent roles moving forward for the right candidates.
