This is a unique role supporting Company Director and family in the organisation of our busy and fun family life.
As our Family Nanny / Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care for our children while also assisting the the daily running of an exciting business !
👶 Providing loving and attentive care for our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
📚Assisting with homework and afternoon school activities (all close to home)
🏡 Assisting with light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up common areas, doing laundry, and organizing spaces.
📅 Managing schedules and coordinating appointments for the family, including school events, extracurricular activities, and appointments.
💬 Serving as a reliable point of contact and liaison between the family and external parties, such as school administrators, doctors, and vendors.
💡Providing administrative and customer service support in the business owned by the mother
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a nanny or Personal Assistant in a family setting.
- Genuine love and passion for working with children and supporting families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Proficient using Microsoft office
- Drivers Licence
