Description
As National BDM you'll be expected to strategically engage and win new business from target prospects. You'll be required to have a solution based sales approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Duties
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to diversify growth across various sectors
- Drive initiatives to explore new market opportunities
- Establish strong partnerships to support revenue growth
Go to market strategy
- Execute a go to market strategy that aligns with the organisations objectives and operating principals
- Utilise data-driven insights to create a clear roadmap with measurable objectives, key results, and key performance indicators to track progress and success
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
- Engage with external stakeholders, including Senior Managers and industry leaders, to identify opportunities and drive business growth
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous innovation in business development processes
Profile/required experience
- Strong B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships, improve team engagement levels
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills
