Reporting directly to the General Manager, our National Customer Manager will be the owner of our strategic customer plan and work to actively contribute to Kairros’ ongoing growth and diversification within personal injury.

Job Description

As our National Customer Manager this role will see you execute Kairros’s strategic business objectives through customer engagement and business development activities. You will work across all lines of personal injury, supporting our account management and operational teams to deliver the very best in service delivery and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key contributor to Kairros’ senior management team and strategic and business planning cycles
  • Develop and execute customer action plans and marketing and communication plans
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the national Kairros team and broader Group functions on product innovation and implementation
  • Lead, support and coach the customer team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies and processes.
  • Provide mentoring and education to the operational teams on best practice customer service
  • Represent the business at industry events and forums
  • Ensure that budgetary targets and role related KPIs are met
  • Analytical analysis of relevant service delivery data and the provision of management reporting
  • Coordinate resources to prepare and submit tenders

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within personal injury / insurance / healthcare sectors
  • The passion to provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities.
  • Experience in strategic planning and the development of customer management frameworks
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to acting with integrity with demonstrated adherence to contractual guidelines and requirements.
