About the Role
The role of the National Field Operations Manager is to lead, grow and develop the Field Operations team in alignment with CoinOp’s strategic and operational goals.
This role will suit someone who has strong leadership skills, strong relationship building skills, and someone who is comfortable travelling to coach and mentor teams in market. To thrive in this role, you will seek opportunities to improve operations for business and customer outcomes and be open to challenging the status quo.
Whilst this role is based out of Moorebank in South Western Sydney, this is very much a field based role, with local and interstate travel
The National Field Operations Manager’s key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of State Supervisors to achieve KPIs and targets
- Developing field teams to optimise outcomes, in line with our organisational values
- Identifying and addressing training needs
- Completing audits and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Working with the team to improve processes (eg. reducing machine downtime, increasing reporting accuracy, increasing customer engagement)
- Executing national planograms
- Managing stocktake
- Driving workplace health and safety practices and compliance
- Being prepared to step in and step up when required
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- Experience with multiple direct reports across multiple locations
