Is this the role for you?As the National Leasing Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.With a high performing team of four, you will be responsible for partnering with all Ricoh Direct Sales, Agents and Dealers, maximising leasing adoption, customer growth and retention, and financial profitability through carefully constructed Leasing agreements. You will be responsible for ongoing education and tools for our frontline Sales Team that grow our lease book.A driving focus of this role will be developing strong customer relationships, positioning Ricoh as a key business partner supporting customer growth journeys. You will be comfortable engaging with customers promoting the use and adoption of leasing as a strategic play that will support financial investment and growth initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities:Manage the development and performance of a centralised Leasing Sales Support TeamImplement and deliver sales education programs developing product knowledge throughout all sales channels to maximise sales productivityDevelopment of innovative business solutions to increase active leasing customers to achieve financial targetsEnsure all leases are commercially focused and compliance with regulatory requirementsSupport the sales and bid teams through skilful assessment and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions that both protect Ricoh’s interests whilst driving customer value generationProvide regular research on market conditions, utilising insights to fine tune strategic initiatives in order to achieve business KPI’sResponsible for pricing and developing campaigns to grow the lease bookBuild strong customer relationships, driving leasing adoption strategies to support customer growth initiatives and effective capital utilisation To be successful in this role:Previous experience managing an internal Leasing teamMust have tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting or FinanceStrong commercial and business acumenStrong strategic and analytical thinking skillsStrong stakeholder engagement skillsProven experience in managing high performing teamsProven experience building strong customer relationships driving education and adoption of leasing solutions that support customer growth initiatives What we give back to you?At Ricoh, we take pride in giving back for your contribution to our success.
