Currently we have a position available for a results oriented and highly organised, outgoing, efficient, professional and client focused person.
Need to have ‘can do attitude’ and an eye for detail, be reliable and committed and who is able to complete assigned tasks within required time frames.
Position involves:
Managing our Leasing department
Preparing and signing leases.
Approving rental applications.
Feedback to Landlords
Arranging and conducting open for inspections and tenancy appointments.
Preparing, compiling and sending feedback reports.
Follow up and phone calls.
Checking and sorting keys.
Showing rental properties
Conducting open homes
Emailing, letters and general Property Management and adminstration duties.
This role is exceptionally busy! and only suits applicants who have excellent communcation and people skills and can speak and write english very well,
No Real Estate experience necessary as we'll train you, but it is essential that you have a Certificate of Registration and roadworthy car and drivers licence..
Days and times:
Monday- Friday 9.30am-5.30pm (Thursday off)
Saturday: 9.30am-2.30pm
Casual for first 3 months then changes to permanent full-time thereafter.
First 3 months $30 as casual.
After 3 months salary changes to $32 per hour.
Includes superannuation
