Position Summary:
We seek a National Relationship Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and affiliates. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness across our portfolio. The role also requires the strategic management of a dedicated Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is excited to be a part of a scaling business, has a proven track record in relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic tech-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored novated leasing solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Account Management Oversight:
- Manage and mentor the dedicated Account Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Account Manager, ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, account growth, and other relevant metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to make decisions on strategy
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities and regulatory changes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company’s competitive position in the market.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Align with NLA's customer-first brand by ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained across all client interactions.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Focus on tech to continue to surprise and delight our clients
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably in the novated leasing or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships on a national level.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a small team is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking and ability to implement long-term plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
