Located in our Perth office, CEA are looking for a National Inventory Administrator who will will assist the whole goods team with supply needs and ensure customer needs are met.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Place new machine orders on MDS & Reynolds systems
  • Process New Machine invoices when received highlighting any discrepancies from the original orders.
  • Process Customs Agent invoices
  • Process various credit and miscellaneous invoices
  • Assist with production of various reports and KPI’s.
  • Review and maintain integrity of National Stock List
  • Review and maintain integrity of various Price Files.
  • Process, follow up and action Demo, Stock Transfer, Arrival and Cannibalisation requests.
  • Ensure monthly machine stock checks are submitted and then any anomalies are identified and actioned.
  • Maintain integrity of New Machine electronic folders
  • Review and investigate costs booked to machines to be sure they are within agreed values.
  • Identify areas for improvement and cost saving.
  • Assist with clarification of machine process etc. at branch level.
  • Liaise with various Australia based JCB CEA personnel as required.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks at National and Branch level as and when required.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Attention to accuracy with a high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Customer Service focus
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Conformance to quality systems, processes, and procedures.
