We currently have an exciting opportunity to the Abbe team as a National Lithographic Sales Manager.

About the role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales and wants to make a real impact. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to drive growth in Abbe’s lithographic packaging business across the eastern seaboard. The role could be based out of Sydney or Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales expert who wants the autonomy to drive success selling a portfolio of market leading packaging solutions.

The role will work with existing accounts with a strong focus on development of new opportunities.

• Developing and managing a healthy new business sales pipeline
• Management of an existing account portfolio of Abbe’s lithographic customers
• Exceed customer expectations and deliver tailored packaging solutions.
• Manage art and design, new quotations and samples for your customers.
• Liaise with packaging engineers to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Report regularly to management on market conditions and competitor activity
• Work across a gamut of different industries and company stakeholders at all level.
• Networking and entertaining customers in social environments

About you:

• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or BDM in B2B 
• Packaging experience essential
• Ability to be able to network and have strong networking connections.
• Previous experience managing large key accounts.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to quickly build and leverage relationships at all levels.
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual who can work efficiently and effectively on their own and work well in a dynamic team.
• Must have rights to work in Australia.
