Discover OpalAs part of the Nippon Paper Group, Opal is one of Australasia's leading packaging and paper companies and we employ more than 4,500 team members across our operations.Discover the OpportunityBased out of our Revesby site, Outbound Territory Manager will be responsible for managing small enterprise customers and provide administrative assistance where directed to improve sales process and drive profitable revenue, within the industrial and protein segments in NSW and Queensland.You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
- Proactively establish an engagement program to manage current
- Provide an administrative level of support to the sales team that helps them to maximise customer facing time and increased call frequency and quote conversion rates.
- Maintain Opal Lightning with relevant information regarding new leads and customer intelligence. Eg Call Frequency Event Planning, Account Plans and Pipelines.
- Raise quotes, ensuring price alignment where required. Quote conversion and quote follow-up.
- Materialise quotes, generate artworks, artwork revisions and tooling quotes.
- SAP Masterdata updates for new customers - Customer on-boarding and/or changes
- Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing or commerce preferred
- Experience in a sales team would be beneficial but not essential
- FMCG or manufacturing background would be beneficial but not essential
- Role would provide a development pathway towards Account or Sales Management career opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation & customer service skills
- Knowledge of Lightning or salesforce.com and data base management
