About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven National ManagerBusiness Process Transformation to join our team! Reporting to the General Manager, Technology, this role manages a small team and oversees all aspects of Konica Minolta Australia’s national process improvement initiatives, user acceptance testing and training for system enhancements.  You will also be a driver of user adoption, working closely with subject matter experts, process owners and key stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements and process.  


Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement business plans and roadmap for the national Business Process Transformation function to support organisational priorities and meet customer needs.
  • Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Meeting with end users to gather and analyse the end user system requirements. 
  • Analyse workflow and to map out the existing process and identify any potential risks.
  • Develop functional specifications to articulate the desired outcome of the system development and enhancement.
  • Manage user acceptance test and ensure the smooth delivery of the system enhancement and provide system training if necessary.
  • Create user stories, test cases and test scenarios.
  • Write procedures, technical documents and training material.
  • Work with Developers and external vendors to provide effective solutions.
  • Lead national Business Process Transformation team, with a people-driven approach overseeing the day-to-day allocation of work and projects to ensure that appropriate support is provided, and team effectiveness is maintained.
  • Coach, guide and lead reports to achieve their KPIs and develop their skills and capabilities.

Who are we looking for? 

  • Tertiary Qualification (Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration)
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate operational and technical discussions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or a related field, preferably in the print/hardware industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation tools: (Jira, Confluence (or similar), Monday.com or similar, and other Microsoft applications i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
