Nextt, an industry leader within the Disability space, are looking for a National Marketing Manager to take us to the Nextt level. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build our brand to contribute to lead generation and conversions nationally. The role suits a creative, someone who is ambitious and strives to take a business to the Nextt level.
By leading our marketing initiatives, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our business with its brand awareness, digital footprint, and growth. You’ll join a team of high-performing peers across the business who will act as enablers to exciting initiatives you develop and implement. You’ll be empowered to lead and own the end-to-end marketing strategy that will seek to bring in new business so we can support our ever-growing portfolio of clients and participants.

Your Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be a Marketing Generalist with full end-to-end experience and delivery. You will:
- Plan, implement and manage the overall marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth for Nextt.
- Develop lead generation avenues utilising a broad range of National Marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Oversee the creation of digital content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other multimedia content, enhancing Nextt’s online presence across various digital channels.
- Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture lead and engage existing customers.
- Develop and utilise data and various analytical tools to implement data-driven strategies, improve ROI and client conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
To be successful, we ask that you have:
- A minimum of 5 years marketing experience as a generalist.
- Solid digital marketing experience with a track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in utilising digital platforms and marketing tools such as Google suite and other relevant digital content and CRM tools. Pipedrive a bonus.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with experience of measuring campaign and customer journey effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimising marketing websites to drive commercial and client outcomes.
- Proven ability to write in a clear, concise and engaging manner forb different audiences and purposes.
- Desirable Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, management, or a related discipline
