We are seeking a dedicated and experienced National OH&S Manager to lead compliance and safety efforts across our clients numerous sites throughout Australia.
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and the management team to ensure safety and compliance are a priority. This is an opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team within a significantly large and progressive agribusiness.

- National travel constitutes 40-60% of the role
- Develop and establish a robust culture of safety and compliance at manufacturing sites
- Implement a transparent chain of responsibility framework addressing fatigue management, speed, overloading, etc.
- Foster a positive culture at all sites and within the broader community to attract quality local talent
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and maintain essential documentation
- Establish systems and processes to enhance safety and compliance
- Lead and influence team members to achieve positive outcomes
- Apply a natural and effective approach to workplace health and safety
- Demonstrated ability to confidently navigate between sites with a strong understanding of production machinery and applicable safety elements
- Proven experience in managing people and promoting a safe team environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate individuals to align with the company’s vision and goals
- Ability to build collaborative and productive working relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Willingness to integrate into a culture of accountability and contribute to a small team with a “can-do” attitude
- Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and/or safety
- Degree-qualified with relevant experience and knowledge in safety and compliance within manufacturing and logistics
- Full-time permanent position based in either the Wheat Belt area of Western Australia or near Bendigo, Victoria
