You will work alongside our Fleet Manager providing administrative and coordination support for all the Linfox business units across Australia. The role is located at our Global Head Office in the vibrant Essendon Fields precinct.

• Provide equipment-based knowledge and guidance to sure MHE is fit for purpose
• Assistance to the MHE Fleet Manger to facilitate the movements and management of the MHE fleet.
• Preparation of MHE fleet acquisitions and disposals paperwork
• Manage and maintain the master data records of all MHE assets Australia wide
• Partner with Linfox business units and external suppliers/vendors to resolve any MHE related concerns and queries
• Conduct all necessary administrative duties and any ad hoc administrative assistance as requested
• Assist the Fleet Manager and Fleet Finance in annual capital expenditure plan
• Raise purchase orders and assist with invoicing

Are you the one?To be successful in this role, you have experience with MHE coordination, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent time management, and have stellar interpersonal skills. You can also demonstrate:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills - both written and verbal
• Exhibit a high attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy in data entry
• The ability to form and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in all Microsoft office Applications
