ABOUT
As the National Bid Manager, you will hold the keys to all NATIONAL BID opportunities. You will deep dive into each unique tender, harvest key deliverables and strategic requirements and collaborate with our state specific Executives, Strategic Sales, Business Development, Design and Technical/Estimating Teams. In summary, establish tender submission outlines and best manage internal outcomes and timeframes. You will be adept at overseeing tenders running concurrently across each state.
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES
- A calendar master who can schedule and juggle meetings across submission partners, including up to date tender submission programmes, clear role assignment, agenda outlines and outcomes for each meeting.
- Programme all bids in co-ordination with internal stakeholders from start to finish to ensure deadlines are met.
- An agile approach to bids which require “out of the box”, new or adapted content to fulfil tender requirements.
- Deep understanding of industry compliance, statutory requirements, and workplace D&C project delivery.

- Immerse naturally in tender documents line by line, with an ability to think critically but laterally as required
- Read between the lines with a code cracking approach to RFI’s, EOI’s and ECI’s
- Analytical mindset with a team player demeaner

- Natural proclivity towards deep thinking and problem solving; knowing what you don’t know and being curious enough to find the answer
- Professional and meticulous tender response and communication, finely tuned to position to win.
