The Company

The Role
The National Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales activities across the country. This includes guiding and supervising the sales team, preparing sales reports, monitoring the CRM system, and setting budgets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee National Sales operations, ensuring regional sales personnel meet performance and profit goals.
- Set goals and budgets for the sales team and develop National Sales programs.
- Ensure the company's sales goals are met across all regions, staying updated on product demand and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor CRM systems, handling sales at all levels and managing key accounts.
- Liaise with third-party partners and report on all sales activities to suppliers, developing effective marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain personal networks across regions, recruiting and training sales employees as needed.
- Attend local and international exhibitions, liaising with all business departments and traveling as required.
Skills and Experience
