Salary: $160,000 to $220,000 per annum
Extras: Bonuses + Superannuation

We are seeking:
A dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Manager located in Sydney or surrounds to spearhead and coach the sales and customer care teams. The goal is to cultivate and sustain a high performing team laser focused on achieving growth. Additionally, would also be responsible for managing a select group of key customer accounts and buying groups to drive growth and maintain loyalty. Workdays require Monday – Friday and reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Previous experience in a similar role of sales management is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and strategy
- Working with the Sales Director to formulate a sales strategy that aligns with the overall company SOAP
- Set and achieve goals and budgets
- Customer Care Plan execution
- Working with the Sales Director on pricing strategies
- Developing and executing a campaign plans
- Working with the Sales Director on channel management
- Team management
- Team metrics and KPA’s achieved
- Meeting cadence
- Days on the road with BDM’s
- Performance management of team
- Recruitment
- Team communication
- A-grade and buying group account management
- Campaign development and management
- Budget vs actual per account
- Customer Care Plan management and execution
- Customer visits

- Previous experience in key account face to face sales

- Drive accountability through KPA’s and reporting
