About You
Experience:
- 10-15 years of senior executive experience in property sales and stock management.
- Extensive experience with off-the-plan purchases and new developments.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with property developers.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales KPIs and business development goals.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications or professional industry accreditation, such as Mortgage Broker accreditation or Real Estate licenses.
- Additional qualifications in business, finance, or a related field are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies, allocate leads, and ensure efficient and accurate referrals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train Wealth Strategists, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Stock Management: Manage stock reservations, coordinate updates with builders/developers, and maintain the stock website.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property developers and other stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure business meets and exceeds KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
- Financial Management: Develop budgets, manage expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Brand & Compliance: Promote the IGC brand, ensure compliance with standards, and address audit findings.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, analyse industry trends, and attend promotional events.
