Salary guide: $70,000 + Superannuation + $3,000 car allowance
- Location: Fortitude Valley
- Role: Processing tenancy applications, conducting leasing inspections
- Experience: 2+ years
- Parking: Onsite
- Start: ASAP
Role 2:
Assistant Property Manager
Salary guide: $65,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation + $3,000 car allowance
- Location: Fortitude Valley
- Role: Conducting routine inspections, conducting entry reports and vacates and conducting common ground inspections of buildings
- Experience: 6-12 months
- Perks: Career progression on offer
- Parking: On street
- Start: ASAP
Role 3:
Sales Administration
Salary guide: $90,000 + superannuation
- Location: Ascot
- Role: Assisting a team of 5 agents with trust accounting, liaising with solicitors, disbursement of funds from trust accounts and an output of 5 contracts per week.
- Experience: Previous sales admin experience is advantageous
- Perks: On street parking
- Start: ASAP
Role 4:
Property Manager
Salary guide: $85,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Ascot
- Role: Looking after a portfolio of 140 managements end to end with trust accounting
- Experience: 3yrs+ Property Management experience
- Parking: On street
- Perks: Trust accounting training provided
- Start: ASAP
Role 5:
Senior Property Manager
Salary guide: $85,000 + Superannuation + Fuel Allowance up to $12,000
- Location: Chose to work from either New Farm, Bulimba, Paddington or Wilston
- Role: Looking after a portfolio of 220 managements with no field services
- Experience: 3yrs+ Property Management experience
- Parking: On street
- Perks: No weekend work
- Start: ASAP
Role 6:
Temp Property Manager
Salary guide: $35ph + Superannuation
- Location: Inner North
- Role: Filed services including routines, entries and exits, lease renewal administration
- Experience: 6-12mths + Assistant Property Manager experience
- Parking: Parking provided
- Support: Amazing on the job training will be provided with the opportunity to step into a fulltime role.

Role 7:
Property Manager
Salary guide: $75,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Southport
- Role: Managing a portfolio of 200 apartments all on-site from Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm.
- Experience: 2 years + Property Management experience
- Parking: Onsite parking available
- Support:

Role 8:
Head of Property Management Department
Salary guide: $120,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Toowong
- Role: Leading a team of 5 Property Managers with a property portfolio of 700 properties.
- Support: Support Property Management team with a goal of growing portfolio to 1000 managements by 2026
- Experience: 5yrs+ Property Management experience
- Parking: On street
- Start: ASAP
Role 9:
Property Manager
Salary guide: $80,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Toowong
- Role: End to end portfolio of 135 properties within 5km from the office
- Experience: 2-3yrs+ experience
- Parking: On street
- Support: Administrative support managing lease renewal paperwork, no leasing, no trust accounting
- Perks: Use of company car

Role 10:
Temp Property Manager
Salary guide: $35ph + Superannuation
- Location: Bulimba
- Role: Filed services including routines, entries and exits, lease renewal administration
- Experience: 6-12mths + Assistant Property Manager experience
