Vuly Play is a leading provider of children's play equipment based in Brisbane, Australia. As we expand our operations to cater to our international customers, we are seeking an experienced Night Shift International Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Night Shift operations and oversee our international customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers to address and resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance and support to new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline operations.
- Liaise with contractors in various countries to address ongoing operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage staff rosters for international shifts in our call center, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Take ownership of training programs to continuously improve the skills and performance of our customer service team.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in an international setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve results.
- Experience in developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work Night Shifts and weekends as required.
- Existing experience in working with Night Shifts.

Schedule:
Night shift - 12am - 8am
Shift times and days may vary on a rotating roster. The ability to work weekends is essential.
