They have experienced significant growth organically and through major acquisitions and will continue on this growth trajectory over the coming years.
This dynamic business is looking for a SHEQ Manager to further propel their strategic plans and manage all national SHEQ operations for the Communications business unit. You will report into operations and will work closely with the wider business to ensure strategic alignment and support your team of three to drive best practices across employees and contractors in their geographical regions.
Joining a collaborative culture, you will be required to foster an improved Safety culture to ensure operational excellence and take the lead on integrating recent business acquisitions into the group from a SHEQ perspective.
Requirements of the role include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (diploma or higher preferred).
- Experience managing a high performing SHEQ team across a geographically dispersed business
- Seasoned strategist with key abilities in setting goals across a diverse business
- Background business integration and gaining ISO accreditations would be vastly advantageous
- Based in Brisbane or Perth
