NDIS Claims Officer/ Administration

Choice N Control are looking for a part time NDIS Claims Officer/ Administrator to provide their experience and commitment to quality. 

About the role:

The Administrator will provide essential administrative functions and work closely with the Managing Director 

To be considered for the role you will have a strong background in administration, organised and efficient with a high attention to detail.  This position is suitable to someone who is keen to take on responsibility and has the initiative to complete their duties with a high degree of professionalism.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Support Managing Director across a variety of areas.
• Support Management team on a needs-to basis.
• NDIS invoicing and claiming-generation of invoices for participants and claiming on weekly basis.
• Preparing and sending invoices to plan managers. 
• NDIS Debtor invoicing and receipting in Xero. 
• Generating and loading invoices to the NDIA Portal.
• Other finance and NDIS related task as required. 
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.  

About you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administration officer or similar. 
• Previous experience in or knowledge and understanding of the NDIS sector (Desirable).
• Accurate and have attention to detail. 
• Ability to recognise and discreetly deal with confidential matters.
• Possess strong time management and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
• Bookkeeping experience (desirable).
• Accountable, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• The skills to be a team player and someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment.
