Key Responsibilities:
- Handling insurance quotations, new business, and renewals.
- Engaging in marketing activities, including social media and marketing material placement.
- Managing office administration, telephone inquiries, and credit control.
- Using Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management.
- Opportunities for training in other areas of the business, including claims and sales.
Experience and Training
- This is a permanent, full-time position (part-time options are available).
- While no prior insurance experience is required, experience in customer support, administration, claims management, and marketing are advantageous.
- Familiarity with the General Insurance, Financial Services, and Legal Industry is also a plus.
- Completion of training in the Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation and claims handling training is encouraged.
Location: Training takes place at our main office in Rose Park, SA, with the role based out of the McLaren Vale office upon training completion. Flexible working options are available.
