In this role, you'll:

Take on an important role which helps to develop and coordinate Sydney Trains Asset Scheduling and Delivery Coordination Possession Schedules so that safe working is always optimally resourced.

This role is involved in the planning and delivery of staff resources for track possessions by working closely with protection officers internally and externally as well as associated teams.

Be across upcoming works, look at rosters in advance, and liaise effectively with staff and labour providers to ensure proper coverage of shift requirements. You’ll work with management to discuss and forecast coverage of works well in advance, but also remain adaptable to assist on urgent or unplanned possessions as well.

This is a permanent, fulltime role in a thriving environment that offers growth and job security. It is a hybrid role with 2 days required in the Granville office.

About you

You are exceptional in both your communication and organizational abilities. This is something you combine with a demonstrated knowledge of Track Possession works within the Sydney Trains Network and relevant safe work conditions/requirements.

You have proven experience in resource planning, working within train network procedures, and are keen to take on a role that is impactful to the smooth and successful running of our network.
