The Network and Systems Administrator collaborates with and supports the ICT Manager – Network & Systems in the delivery, maintenance, and upgrading of the college’s IT infrastructure.
The Network and Systems Administrator is responsible for providing system management and support for the College’s enterprise systems and ensuring stable, continuous, and secure delivery of mission-critical applications and services. The Network and Systems Administrator is a key member of the ICT Team under the direction of the Director of Business and reports directly to the ICT Manager – Network & Systems.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibilities of the Network and Systems Administrator include but are not limited to:
i. Responsibility for system administration;
ii. System Deployment and Upgrades;
iii. Network Security and Compliance;
iv. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution;
v. Collaboration; and
vi. performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal.
