What is my role?

As Network Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for actively contributing to the growth plan of Australia by detecting and developing opportunities with full coordination of Sales team, with a focus on new logo with convincing key persona/stakeholders of our network value proposition, advising on infrastructure for digital transformation, influencing decision makers at all levels (CXO level, business, etc).

Reporting on its activities towards Network Business Engine management team and the Country Business Leader on a regular basis.

What am I responsible for?

You will be responsible for mastering value proposition of our Network Business Division Strategic Solutions (Digital Age Networking, Verticals network value proposition, IoT, mission critical network, security, …) and pushing/positioning them into existing or new accounts.

As for Demand Generation, work closely with Sales and Marketing to support lead generation activities leveraging and/or animating dedicated customers webinars, campaigns, participating to specific industry event etc.

You will also closely follow-up leads (from early stage) to bring them to a higher level of maturity in sync with KAM or for handover to the KAM/VAM for closing. You will support New partners acquisition or enablement/empowerment of existing partners toward targeted vertical/solutions. Create and improve sales acquisition methodology, best practices to win.

Am I the right person for this position?

MUST HAVE

Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales business development or technical sales positions.
Excellent capacity to present high Level value proposition in front a large audience or in one to one meetings.
Capability to participate during the entitre sales cycle with the ability to lead conversation on outcome of highly technical solution
Consultative selling competency, possess a successful track record selling complex-solutions directly to customers at all level form IT manager to CIO.

Capacity to present technical solution by highliting outcome for the customer. Vulgarization of highly sophisticate solution.

Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction, with 'Positive and Can-Do' attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance, technical enough to cover some accounts while your pre-sales is busy assisting others
Highly competitive, ramp quickly, extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding production goals, self-motivated, energetic and passionate nature
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Understanding on how to win by using Channel partners as well, and are comfortable with a partner-centric go-to-market approach

PREFERABLE

Experience in Networking industry (Vendor or integrators) or security industry
Experience in working as pre sales or consultant
Knowledge in Network and security
BA/BS degree or equivalent
