Network Engineer - Level 2

Our Managed Services business is expanding rapidly and we are currently seeking Network Engineers to join our team. The role is a fantastic opportunity for exposure to enterprise-level operational processes, monitoring toolsets and leading edge technology delivery.

Role overview
Maintain, support and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure (remote and on-site)
Work within a team to support broad and varied systems from leading vendors
Liaise with the customers on a regular basis
Work closely with leading vendors on latest best practices
The right candidate will be authorised to work full time in Australia

Requirements for the role

Cisco CCNA/CCNP or relevant experience
Min 3 years’ experience in infrastructure administration (Network Operation Centres)
Cisco Networking (Strong routing, switching and wireless LAN controllers’ knowledge, etc.)

Experience with the following is highly desirable but not mandatory

Cisco security experience (ASA, FTD, WSA, ISE, AMP, Umbrella, etc.)
Cisco Voice experience (CUCM, etc.)
SDWAN experience (Viptela / Velocloud / Meraki)
Meraki / Fortinet /Palo Alto experience
