RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies

• Preparing financial statements for presentation to Financial Controller and CFO

• Conducting financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits and advising on matters as directed by the Financial Controller

• Examining operating costs and organisations' income and expenditure

• Reviewing customer contract performance to ensure they are in line from our profit and loss perspective

• Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements

• Liaising with financial institutions to ensure that all specific Vivid banking requirement are met and in line with customer contracts

• Introducing and maintaining accounting systems, and advising on the selection and application of computer-based accounting systems

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality, easily adapting to change
• Ideally the candidate will have tertiary qualifications in accounting and at least 2 years working experience
• Exceptional organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work to ensure our contract commitments, compliance, and revenue targets are achieved
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
