In this role, you'll:
Join TfNSW within the Regional Outer Metropolitan Division on a fixed term opportunity until 30/11/2025, with the potential to extend. The remuneration package is USS9 which is ($124k to $134k + Super + Flex Leave & Leave Loading).
Optimise the customer experience and ensure safe, efficient and reliable journeys by contributing to the operational management of the transport network in regional and outer metropolitan NSW.
Work closely with various delivery partners to manage road user experience throughout planned events and works - It's an important role which helps with the management of the network and the impact of works or events on the community in the region.
Be the central source of contact when anyone seeks to interrupt road space and will focus on planned works primarily.
Support branch activities including planned access, special events and seasonal operations that impact customers' journeys on the state road network and is done in close collaboration with project delivery partners.
Based out of Grafton and/or Northern NSW, this role is hybrid but both office and site visits will be regularly required.
About you
Demonstrated experience in transport network operations management, including management of major and/or minor works, managing risks and issues associated with access and mobility on the network.
Demonstrated ability to apply project management and business principles in the allocated tasks to achieve effective customer-focused outcomes.
The role requires security and criminal clearance prior to appointment.
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated relevant experience in transport network planning and/or management and operations.
Possess a current motor vehicle driver's license.
