AddressThe IT Network Engineer, with focus on providing expert oversight, support and maintenance, Business as usual and operation support for the clients Australia and New Zealand networks and related equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Support, develop, maintain, and protect the Network Services environment of clients Australia and New Zealand, including distribution cabling and network communication racks.
- Resolve and prevent network related incidents in line with clients SLA’s
- Provide relevant design advice and business cases to review, improve, upgrade, secure or repair the assigned networks and related equipment.
- Engage core business areas to ascertain current user experience and future requirements.
- Lifecycle support and management of network equipment from specification, design, procurement, installation, operation, and decommission if required.
- Strong experience in Business as Usual and operation support with a leading organization.
- Cisco switching and Cisco Firewall experience.
- Meraki Switching, Meraki SD-WAN, Full Stack Meraki and Meraki Wi-Fi
- IP Routing, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
- Demonstrates a high standard of teamwork, engagement and collaboration.
- Commits to working in an inclusive, respectful and professional manner.
- Certification in CCIE or Meraki will be highly looked upon.
