About the role?
Based at our Beaudesert Dealership you will be applying your skills to provide strong leadership to your sales team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in sales operations, future growth and contribute to the success of the dealership. Your duties include but are not limited to:
- A hands-on approach to coaching and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and foster accountability for set KPI’s and performance outcomes.
- Be proactive in overseeing and facilitating the training and development of the team
- Ensuring the team adhere to set and best practice operating procedures, processes, data accuracy and integrity
- Drive our Toyota for Life (TFL) principles and culture across the department
- 5-day work week with 2:30pm finish time on Saturday’s (RDO: Weekday + Sunday)
- Meeting all New and Used OEM department reporting and operations requirements
- Liaising and collaborating with all the departments (E.g., Marketing, F&I & Aftermarket) to maximize overall profitability and sales opportunities
- Utilise knowledge to optimise used vehicle pricing and inventory management to ensure maximum profitability
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team
- Proven track record at achieving New and Used car performance outcomes
- Genuine care for people and leading a successful team
- Passionate about creating an amazing guest experience
- Ability to prioritise and execute effective time management
- Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy
- A self-starter with a tenacious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
- A Team Player who cultivates a fun, positive and supportive working environment
- Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
