About the role
With your experience in Sales Management or 7-10+ years in B2B / B2C / Medium Density, your primary focus is to support your Sales Team in developing relationships within the Wholesale / Investment market, selling Medium Density and Retail from our displays. Our Queensland division is growing fast and the opportunity for this person to drive the brand and outcomes with full support across Housing is exciting!
Reporting to the Managing Director - Housing, your responsibilities will include;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue in the B2B / B2C / Medium Density business units.
- Actively seek out and bring in new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, displays and prospecting activities.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key wholesale clients, including sales partners, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Managing and training the sales and administration team
- Identify and advise on opportunities in the market
- Report to the Managing Director on sales pipeline and strategy
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 7 to 10+ years’ experience in residential construction as a successful Sales Manager B2B / B2C / Medium Density.
- Volume builder and / or Land Sales experience (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a management role
- Proven CRM software experience
- A strong network in QLD and good knowledge of the industry
- Market analytic & Marketing analytic experience
