- Previous experience in vehicle registrations preferable.
- Should your duties entail driving a Company or Customers vehicle on public roads you must hold a current Driver license (applicable to types of vehicles being driven).
- To act as a representative for the company by presenting yourself in a professional manner.
- Always be courteous to customers and assist in developing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Aid in the management of the delivery process and delivery log.
- Liaise with sales consultants and pre-delivery in relation to vehicles being prepared as promised to customers.
- Keep sales consultants advised through the preparation process.
- If delays are to happen with promised delivery times advise sales consultants.
- Be fully always acquainted with and act in a manner, which supports our philosophy of quality service.
- Assist Stock Control with registrations when required.
- Assist After-Market Consultants with the warranties as required.
