Due to dealership growth and increase in sales and demand, we are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our New Car team. Our Sales Consultants have a strong focus on providing the Ultimate Customer Experience. Our department is fast-paced, and high performing and no two days are ever the same.
Don’t worry if you don’t have Automotive experience, you will be mentored by a well-established and experienced team to give you all the tools you need to succeed.
What does your day look like:
- Welcome new and existing customers to the dealership and supporting customers with product enquiries
- Maintaining customer relationships and communicate clearly with customers both before, during and after the sales process
- Meeting targets for customer service and sales
- Completing contract documents
- Maintaining product knowledge
- Supporting all other dealership departments as necessary
- Promote all manufacturer and dealership campaigns including New Car Sales targets, customer service benchmarks, training, and showroom presentation
- Provide impeccable levels of customer service
- Follow dealership sales systems and processes designed to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Help to develop new business relationships by contacting potential customers and participating in dealership marketing events and initiatives
- Uphold dealership and company values, policies and standards
About you:
Working with one of the most exciting brands on the market, this position will require the skills of a customer focused sales professional. You’ll be taking advantage of huge growth potential with the arrival of Mazda’s much anticipated new fleet of models.
You will need to be very well presented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as having an appreciation of the importance of building client relationships. It's also essential that you have excellent organisation and time management skills.
You will be expected to achieve monthly targets and deal with a variety of situations.
