The role will involve managing all aspects of the New Vehicle sales department including Retail and Fleet sales. You will be leading and further developing committed staff as part of the company's pursuit of excellence with a continued focus on delivering outstanding sustainable results that exceed the brand's national benchmarks.
Ideal candidates must bring passion, presence, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with preference given to those with proven success within the electric vehicle environment.
Key Duties Include:
- Responsibility for achieving targets and budgets set for commercial activities
- Being a key contributor to all strategic and business planning processes to meet sales objectives
- Driving a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation whilst maintaining a high-level customer-centric environment
- Ensuring all objectives, strategies, and actions of the plan are implemented, reported on, and achieved
While not essential, tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline will be an advantage, along with a contemporary approach to retailing utilizing the benefits of online channels.
