Are you We an energetic and motivated Used Car Sales Manager ready to take full responsibility and grow the Used Car Sales department - then we want to speak to you!!!

The role:

• Generating Sales and leading the sales team
• Training and mentoring the sales team
• Setting and measuring Kpi's
• Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the Used Car department
• Manage all day-to-day operations of the department
• Ensure Used Car department is operating at optimum capacity
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of professionalism
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  About you:

• Used Car Sales Manager experience (minimum 2 years) with a proven and successful track record in automotive
• Ability to drive sales targets and exceed kpi's- you are a hunter!!!
• Experience in leading and building a highly successful sales team
• Drive and determination with good organisational skills and time management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
