About the role and company:

My client is seeking an New Grad, motivated optometrist who loves making a difference in peoples’ lives. You will be working in fully equipped practice with a great company culture and good job security.
Salary breakdown

• Base salary : up to $105K
• Superannuation
• CPD: $1,000
• OAA: $2,000
• Relocation assistance negotiable depending on your needs
• Performance bonuses paid regularly - up to $15K p.a.

Equipment: OCT, Corneal Topographer/Tear Film Analyser, Retinal Camera, Slit Lamp Camera, Autorefractor, IPL, Medmont Fields
Team: 1 x optometrist, 3 x Optical Dispensers

To be successful in this role you will need:

• To perform comprehensive eye exams, no hurry 30- minute appointments!
• Excellent communication skills with a professional mannerism and attitude
• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease.
• Handle eye health emergencies
