Position SummaryRegistered Nurse and Registered Midwife – Graduate Program(12 month or 18 month programs available- Please select on PMCV)An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and suitably qualified Graduate Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN/RM) to join the team at Latrobe Regional Health. This will be for a full 12 or 18 month graduate program at 0.8 EFT, rotating through two different clinical areas (two 6 month rotations for 12 month program or 6 months general nursing and 12 months midwifery for 18 motnh program).Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager on your allocated units/wards, in collaboration with the Graduate Nurse and Midwifery Coordinator, you will be expected to perform the duties of a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife during your graduate year and expected to meet all the requirements outline in the Position Description attached.Graduates who are successful in obtaining this position will have a strong clinical focus with the desire to continue to develop as a midwife with an understanding of the importance of family centred care.The successful applicant will be required to submit:

- 12 month program: 2 X 6 monthly rotations (acute nursing and midwifery)
